Things to help expedite your service.

 

iPhone or iPad:

 

1. Have a current backup on iCloud.

 

2. Turn off the Find App.

 

3. Turn off the screen lock pass code or give it to us on the service form

 

 

Mac:

 

Know your admin password in the event we have to do any software related repairs

Let us know if you would like an optional backup of your data before we begin service.
